About the Opportunity
As a Physiotherapist within our multidisciplinary team, you will work on-on-one with clients to reduce pain, restore mobility, independence, and improve quality of life, allowing our clients to get MORE out of life. These roles are based at Walkerville / Modbury and Henley Beach. In addition, you will be required to conduct assessments through scheduled home visits.
This role has a high satisfaction rate as you work with our clients to keep them engaging in the activities they love to do with your thoughtful, dedicated care and professional knowledge. You will work with clients to provide clinical assessments, education, and treatment to achieve individual client goals through their personalised goal-driven rehabilitation program.
About You
You have a demonstrated understanding of the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of older people, including individuals living with Dementia.
Have a demonstrated genuine commitment to helping the aged community maintain and maximise independence and quality of life.
You own your work and take responsibility for your own actions, learn from mistakes and proactively seek opportunities to contribute, innovate and solve problems.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration
- National Police check
- Australian Driver’s licence
