About ECH
We're seeking a dynamic professional to champion our commitment to employee health, safety, and wellbeing through proactive leadership and innovative strategies.
In this pivotal role, you will cultivate an organisation-wide culture where safety is everyone's priority, develop and implement a comprehensive HSW framework across multiple locations, lead early intervention programs that minimise injury impacts, create strategic preventative initiatives that address workplace risks before they become incidents, and partner with leadership to ensure full legislative compliance while driving continuous improvement.
About You
You will have proven experience and knowledge across:

WHS Legislation, Return to Work Act regulations, and Return to Work SA Performance Standards.

Implementing and maintaining WHS systems in a self-insured environment.

Managing workplace injury claims, implementing early intervention strategies, and coordinating successful return-to-work programs.

Claim investigation, liability determination, and rehabilitation management.

Leading safety committees, developing safety culture, and engaging employees at all levels.

Identification of hazards, assess risks, investigate incidents, and implement effective control measures.

Developing preventative safety initiatives based on trend analysis.
Essential Criteria:

Certification in Work Health and Safety, Return to Work Coordinator accreditation

National Police Check

Drivers Licence
