About the Opportunity 

This is an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our Wellness Facility, creating a warm and professional environment for all clients, visitors, and contractors.

Reporting to the Member Support Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate schedules, manage bookings and reschedules, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient appointment flow.
  • Maintain accurate client records, streamline communication processes, handle billing and payments with precision, and perform daily reconciliations.
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance requests, monitor the condition of the facility, and liaise with service providers to uphold a safe, inviting environment.

As a self-motivated professional, you possess the talent to manage a variety of administrative tasks while bringing energy, enthusiasm, and high attention to every aspect of your work.

You will have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanour, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team and you take pride in creating meaningful interactions.

Essential  

  • High level administrative skills set 
  • Strong Computer Literacy, MS Office experience and an ability to quickly learn new tech systems. 
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities. 
  • National Police check
  • Drivers licence
  • Certificate in Business Administration would be an advantage
