About the Opportunity

The Digital Customer Experience Specialist drives lead generation and customer engagement by optimising CRM systems and digital platforms across ECH website, app, and marketing automation tools.

This specialist creates targeted digital experiences that turn leads into customers and help existing customers self serve. They design personalised messaging across all channels to build seamless customer journeys and analyse user data and results to improve digital interactions, boosting conversions, satisfaction, and engagement

About You

You will be a technically savvy professional who blends deep CRM expertise, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights, with a creative approach to designing effective digital customer journeys.

You will demonstrate analytical expertise, continuously optimising customer data to refine lead generation strategies, optimise website & app engagement platforms, and create personalised nurturing campaigns that increase engagement with prospects and customers.

You will be a skilled communicator who can report on digital performance and translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across departments, building consensus for digital initiatives while maintaining a clear focus on business growth objectives.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Preferred certifications in CRM and digital marketing
  • Proficiency and success in CRM platform delivery, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
