About the Opportunity

Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of ECH through efficient scheduling practices.

This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer and employee calls while ensuring the effective scheduling of home care, clinical (nursing), and allied health services.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, empathetic customer service, managing inbound queries, and scheduling services. The role involves optimising employee schedules, minimising travel time, performing quality, maintain accurate administrative records, and contribute to service improvements and business growth.

You will be a highly customer-focused individual, passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

With excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, you excel in managing tasks efficiently while addressing challenges with confidence. Your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders ensures seamless collaboration and fosters positive relationships.

Adaptable and detail-oriented, you thrive in dynamic environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Sound experience with MS suite packages
  • National Police check  
  • Drivers licence 

Desirable

  • Certificate III in Customer Engagement or relevant experience/on-the-job training
