About the Opportunity 

As the Information Management Project Officer (IMPO), you will work closely with various business divisions to review and assess their current information storage practices.  This insight will allow you to design and implement a user-friendly folder structure in SharePoint and MS Teams.

You will lead the planning and execution of the migration from on-premises drives to the new system, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive training to staff on records and information management best practices, developing training materials, conducting sessions, and offering ongoing support to clarify storage protocols.

You will ensure that all practices comply with relevant policies and regulations, collaborating with the Information Governance Committee to uphold compliance standards.

About You  

You will take the initiative to proactively tackle tasks and make them your own. You will excel at conducting thorough research to deeply understand challenges and will feel comfortable asking questions to clarify any uncertainties.

Your strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities will help you build relationships that drive projects forward with confidence and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science or similar experience
  • Proven experience in information management, records management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using SharePoint, Teams, and other information management systems 
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to records and information management (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Sector (Desirable)
