About the Opportunity 

The Culture and Capability Partner has recently been created to develop and deliver strategies, tools and frameworks to enable organisational-wide capability development across a multi-dimensional workforce.  

The role will partner with senior leadership to co-design and implement culture and capability change programs that are aligned to ECH values and strategic objectives. The role has an opportunity to identify and deliver on innovative and fit-for-purpose initiatives that truly foster growth and encourage a high-performance workforce.  

 

Forming a key part of the People and Culture team, the role will ensure that growth and opportunity become intrinsic to ECH and what we offer our employees. The role will find creative solutions in how we achieve this and ensure that we are constantly measuring effectiveness and pivoting through analysis of data and trends. 

 

About You  

We are looking for a vibrant and suitably experienced Organisational Development professional that has a passion for coaching and enabling others. An engaged and collaborative facilitator, you can communicate effectively and bring people on the journey of change.  

Additionally, you will be passionate about leadership development and have the ability to identify effective solutions for growth and capability building.  

You will have the skills, knowledge and experience to influence at a senor level while working collaboratively within a team to support the realisation of broader programs of work.
