About the Opportunity  

ECH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Village Operations Manager who will proactively maintain the highest standards of community engagement and exemplar customer service for our residents.   

This role will encompass strategic and operational management responsibilities across a hub or region of retirement villages and community programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional and social well-being of our residents through ensuring they have an exceptional accommodation, lifestyle and care experience with ECH.   

About You  

Ideally, you will have demonstrated ability working in a comparable role within a retirement living, property or aged-care environment.  

You will evidence a demonstrated ability to provide operational leadership and understand the nuances required to effectively engage and provide exceptional customer services to residents within a village environment.  

You will effectively engage and build stakeholder relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively with our residents to resolve complaints and ensure the village community remains cohesive. 

In a cohesive senior leadership team, we are seeking a candidate who can be adaptable and agile to meet operational demand, while also seeing the bigger picture to work and deliver on strategic and value-add programs of work.  

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.

As part of a not-for-profit organisation, you will be able to salary package up to $18,549 per year to reduce your tax.
