About the Opportunity

As a Customer Support Officer, you will work within a call-centre team environment, showcasing your skills and making a real impact on our customers' experience. The role is responsible for a diverse range of duties, such as providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues via phone, efficient referral management, and a variety of essential administrative tasks.

 

About You

You have experience in customer service, demonstrate strong computer skills, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Your friendly demeanour and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
